If your billing and shipping address is different, we will need to speak with the card holder before the order is shipped.

Orders totaling over 399.99 will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure a person will be at the delivery address.

We understand how important it is to you to know that your credit card and other personal information is safe and secure at all times. That's why we have instituted a wide range of safeguards to protect you. Precautions include using secure servers when personal information is communicated, strict privacy policies, and not storing your credit card data in a location where it can be accessed by the outside world.

Some people ask why they have to enter their credit card number every time they order. We highly value the need to keep your privacy and credit card number absolutely secure at all times. We do not store your credit card numbers, therefore, we ask that you input your credit card number, security code, and expiration date for each order you place. If your billing and shipping information is different, you will need to speak with a Watercraft Superstore representative before your order is processed and shipped.

We see no reason whatsoever to be concerned about putting your card number on our system. However, you always have the option to call us to give us your number directly 727-499-9707.


Back Orders
Although we make every effort to prevent shortages or back orders and to immediately remove from our online store those items that sell out of stock, if we sell out of stock on one or more items more quickly than anticipated, thereby creating a backorder situation. If you order an item whose in-stock inventory reaches zero before we can ship the item to you, within two business days of your ordering the item we will notify you via email of the back order situation and the approximate shipping date. When a back order situation occurs, your total shipping cost for your order will not be increased, even if we need to split your shipment into two or more packages and ship the items on two or more different days.

Free Standard shipping applies to orders with product total over 75.00 USD and weighing under 20lbs.

Our standard shipping method is FEDEX with heavy or bulky items being shipped through common carriers. Orders for in stock items placed by 2:00pm est Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders after 2:00pm Est. will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping charges vary by item weight and shipping distance, so we need to know your address before final charges are computed. We require an indirect signature for all items shipped.

If you provide us with an email address on your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You will then be able to track your order through the shipper's website.

Please notify us immediately of any problems with shipping. Shipping disputes need to be made within 30 days of delivery from currier tracking information. 

Sales Tax
7% sales tax is applied to Florida orders only.

Order History & Tracking
We provide several methods to track your order and keep you informed of your order status and expected delivery date. After completing a watercraftsuperstore.net purchase transaction, an account will automatically be created for your provided email address. You'll receive an email from Watercraft Superstore Sales informing you of your new User Account and the many benefits it provides. If you don't wish to have a Watercraft Superstore account with password, do nothing and your account won't be registered. However, you can respond to the instructions in the email and easily register your account and setup a password. This will allow you to sign in to your account by choosing the Order Status link from any Watercraft Superstore page, where you can browse your order history and track the status of all your orders - tracking numbers are displayed that link to the delivery carrier's tracking webpage.

If you have provided your email address during checkout, we will also email you your invoice, which includes a link for tracking your order and viewing the current status of your order. Refer to your invoice email and tracking link any time you wish to track the status of your order.

International Customers
Most products sold by Watercraft Superstore can be purchased and shipped internationally. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Some restrictions apply to certain items, such as hazardous materials, over-weight products, and the method of shipping. Please refer to the sections below for specific details on policies for shipping goods to Canadian and International addresses.

International Orders
All prices on site are in US Dollars. Watercraft Superstore gladly accepts international orders from most parts of the world. Product purchases can be made through our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Dept. at 1-727-499-9707 M-F 8am -5pm EST, by mail or email sales@watercraftsuperstore.net  and will be processed within 48 hours. Watercraft Superstore does not accept credit cards issued outside of the U.S.A. Payment for International orders can be made through PayPal or bank wire transfer. Bank wire transfers will incur a 25.00USD wire transfer fee.

Shipping Options
Watercraft Superstore uses USPS to ship all international orders. Please call if you would like a different service. We can also ship via FedEx International. All freight charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Duties and Tax (GST, HST and PST as applicable)
Any and all duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges incurred beyond the cost of the United States Postal Service/Federal Express shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
When placing your international order, please verify that the product you are ordering is what you want watercraftsuperstore.net does not accept any return merchandise on international orders.

The exception to this policy is if the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by Watercraft Superstore, in which case return the merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund minus shipping charges, following the procedures under the returns tab in the customer service section of this site.
