Free shipping restrictions:
Orders, before shipping and tax, must total 75.00USD and weigh less than 20lbs.Shipping address must be within the Continental 
US.

General Information:

In stock orders placed Monday-Friday on or before 2pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday on or after 2pm EST will ship the following business day day. Expedited shipping does not include weekend days (Saturday/Sunday). Custom orders will ship after lead time for production.

Watercraft Superstore uses the fastest, most efficient and affordable shipping method available.
We use FedEx and USPS for shipping within the United States. Extra charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and SP.

Watercraft Superstore uses several warehouses including some manufacturers shipping directly to you. These items include but are not limited to: impellers, inflatable tubes and some smaller accessory items. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, if we find an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible. Those items may have additional shipping times attached to them.

11/4/22-02/24/2023- Orders that are in stock & placed before Monday-Thursday 2pm EST & Friday 10am EST will ship the same business day. In stock orders placed after Monday-Thursday 2pm EST & Friday 10am EST will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping does not include weekend days (Saturday/Sunday).

Custom products:
Custom products take 2-10 business days to produce, depending on product. Elite mat kits take 30 business days. Shipping time will begin after product is produced. If expedited shipping is chosen at checkout, the item(s) will ship after production time indicated.
Custom items include but are not limited to:
BlackTip Jetsports custom seat covers, and custom traction mat kits & handlebar covers. Watercraft Superstore storage covers. BlackTip Jetsports Elite mat kits take 30 business days to produce.

OEM products can take up to 7-10 business days to receive from OEM manufacturer and will then ship to the final destination.

Oversized products will incur additional shipping rates than stated at checkout. Watercraft Superstore cannot control dimensional weight objects through checkout. You will receive a call or email to see if you would like to proceed with the order.

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. All shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the email address that you have provided us and will be traceable through the shipping company's web site. For FedEx, you will receive the tracking number directly from FedEx. **All packages shipped within the state of Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax. **

International Shipping:

We ship items internationally via United States Postal Service. Generally speaking we will ship
items International Priority which takes about 6-10 business days (non-trackable). If you would like your item shipped quicker we offer International Express shipping that will get your item to you in about 3-5 business days, of course this option does cost more. Transit times are based on what the Postal Service quotes and does not include delays in customs within your country.

Watercraft Superstore will not be fraudulent on any customs forms, so please do not ask. We only put the true value of the items in the box. We do not pay for any international customs fees or duties.

We cannot ship any chemicals internationally due to postal regulations.

We cannot issue return call tags for international customers. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items before completing your check out (i.e. correct sizes for apparel items and correct engine parts for your ski). All returned items for international customers will be shipped at the customer’s expense. If you have purchased the wrong item and need to return you will not be refunded your original shipping money.
