Returns

This policy will affect all products unless otherwise listed below in the product specific section of the return policies.

Watercraft Superstore will gladly accept your return of new unused merchandise for a full refund (minus freight charges) or exchange within 30 days of you receiving the product. Contact the customer service department at 866-957-WCSS (9277) or returns@watercraftsuperstore.net for a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions (see below for details). Please note that there may be restocking fees, shipping costs, or product change order costs associated with some returns. Feel free to check with the Watercraft Superstore Returns Department for specific terms, conditions, and eligibility.

Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as those listed below. We encourage you to review your purchase of these non-returnable items and verify they will meet your needs before placing your order.

Product-Specific Policies
The following products' return policies are exceptions to the standard return policy. Return authorization numbers are required for all applicable returns. See below on how to obtain a RA number.

Towables and Lake and Pool Toys
Towables will only be accepted for return in new unopened condition or if the unit is defective or damaged in shipping. Once unit has been inflated or put in the water it will only be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and be requested within 30 days of receiving product.

Custom PWC and all Jet-Boat storage covers
Custom PWC and all Jet-Boat storage covers are non-returnable. Because these covers are custom-fitted to match the specifications you desire for your watercraft, returns will not be accepted. Defective merchandise may be returned, but only with a return authorization number.

Custom PWC Seat Covers
All custom seat covers are non-returnable. Because these covers are custom-fitted to match the specifications you desire for your watercraft, returns will not be accepted. Defective merchandise may be returned, but only with a return authorization number.

Custom PWC & all Jet-Boat traction mat kits
All custom color PWC traction mat kits (not including black cut groove) & all jet-boat traction mat kits (including but not limited to black cut groove) are non-returnable. Because these kits are custom-fitted to match the specifications you desire for your watercraft, returns will not be accepted. Defective merchandise may be returned, but only with a return authorization number.

Swimwear
Swimwear will only be returnable in new unworn condition in the original packaging. If it has been worn or the hygienic guard has been removed no returns will be accepted.

Electronics
Unlike our general return policy we will not accept returns of unsealed or used electronics. Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item.

Tools
All tool sales are final, we will not accept returns. Please be careful when picking tools for purchase.

Service Manuals
All shop/repair manual sales are final, and we will not accept returns. Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct manual for your motor.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

Watercraft Superstore follows the Original Equipment Manufacturer return policy: All OEM Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Electrical parts:
Returnable within 60 days unopened and in original packaging.
This applies to Kawasaki, Sea Doo, Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki, Can-Am, Honda

All other hard parts:
Returnable within 60 days in the original packaging, new resalable condition.
This applies to Kawasaki, Sea Doo, Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki, Can-Am, Honda

OEM Warranties*:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for warranties*.
Electrical Parts
One year warranty from the Retail Purchase Date.
This applies to Kawasaki, Sea Doo, and Yamaha**
No warranty on Polaris and Suzuki electrical
All other hard parts
One year warranty from the Retail Purchase Date.
This applies to Kawasaki, Sea Doo, Yamaha**, and Polaris.
*Warranty does not include:
1. Cost of labor for replacement of a defective part or accessory.
2. Replacement of parts for routing maintenance or normal wear and tear.
3. Parts or accessories designed to increase performance, or parts or accessories designated for competition use only.

Required Steps for Returns
If your situation qualifies you to return one or more items as defined above, you may return the item(s) you received by following the steps outlined below. Please remember that after first 30 days from the date you received the item(s) you lose the ability to return the item(s).

A Return Authorization Number (as explained below) is required before you can return any item. To receive a Return Authorization Number, you must contact watercraftsuperstore.net by phone (1-866-957-9277) or email (sales@watercraftsuperstore.net)

Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot accept and process any return. When requesting this Return Authorization Number by email, you must include the following information in your email:

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Your phone number (including area code)
  • Detailed product description(s) and/or SKU number(s)
  • Reason for return (defective, shipping error, etc.)
  • Original order# you received at the time you placed your order

 

Once you have the Return Authorization Number, follow these steps in shipping an item back as a return.

  • Products must be received by the warehouse within two weeks of receiving the Return Authorization Number. After two weeks, returns will not be accepted.
  • You must include a copy of the original packing slip with a note indicating the Return Authorization Number and the reason for the return.
  • The product must be repacked into its original packing, including the original packing slip.
  • The product must be shipped back to the address given by the returns department. The return authorization must be written on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box).
  • You must use a method of shipping that can be tracked, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post. This is important to ensure arrival at the facility from where it was shipped. Watercraft Superstore will not be responsible for items lost or damaged on the return trip to the warehouse. Make sure it is packaged and insured accordingly.

 

Please remember, refunds are not given for shipping charges (including return shipping) unless your situation is a damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item as determined by Watercraft Superstore (this does not include wrong sizes, styles, or colors).

You will receive an email confirming credit when it has been issued. This process can take up to 30 business days from the date the products are received at the warehouse.
