Solas Impellers carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

• Remove and separate the complete jet pump from the PWC.
• Remove the trail cone (or cap) from the stator.
• Secure the rear end of the shaft with a bench vise and remove the impeller using an impeller wrench (counter-clockwise).
• Inspect threads on shaft and impeller for debris or damage; apply grease or anti-seize before installation.
• Thread the impeller on by hand carefully, then tighten with the impeller wrench.
• Reassemble the pump and reinstall it on the PWC.
